- Wedstrijd voor masterstudenten - Toegepast 18:
Toegepast is dé ontwerpwedstrijd voor jong talent dat droomt van een blinkende carrière als ontwerper. Je werk wordt samen met dat van de andere geselecteerde deelnemers getoond in de tentoonstelling 'Toegepast 18' die in het najaar 2013 loopt in kunstencentrum Z33.
We zorgen voor een professioneel portfolio met portretfoto's, productfoto's en een professionele tekst Je kan je kandidaat stellen voor Toegepast als je tussen 15 november 2011 en 20 november 2012 afgestudeerd bent aan het hoger kunstonderwijs in Vlaanderen.
Maak een projectvoorstel dat je wil uitwerken voor Toegepast (max. 1 A4), voeg je CV en portfolio toe, en stuur dit voor 20 november 2012 naar info@designplatform.be <mailto:info@designplatform.be> of Design Platform Limburg, Zuivelmarkt 33, 3500 Hasselt.

- The Paris Fashion challenge is a competition for up and coming global fashion designers with an elite group of up-and-coming designers to showcase women’s style and trends this summer in Paris. The winner will receive $5,000 cash, an opportunity to be a featured designer at the 2012 Boston Fashion Week – The Emerging Trends show or Cannes Loves Fashion in France, and a feature in a major European trade publication. The 15 contestants chosen for this contest will participate in three rounds, where five judges will eliminate contestants until the top three designers remain.

- fotofever brussels 2012 the first European contemporary photography fair: Calling All Recent Photography Graduates!!
The fair will take place 4 -7 October in the famous Tour&Taxis location of central Brussels. To bring a spotlight on a young European graduate, we have also created the fotoprize.

GRIP organiseert in 2012 de 2de editie van haar cartoonwedstrijd met als thema ‘Handicap: een zaak van mensenrechten’. Deze wedstrijd sluit aan bij onze sensibilisatieactiviteiten rond het VN-Verdrag inzake de Rechten van Personen met een Handicap. België ratificeerde dit verdrag in 2009. GRIP wil het VN-Verdrag bekendmaken in de brede samenleving, bij personen met en zonder handicap.

- 3nd Edition of the T-Shirt Design International Contest “GrafikConcert” City of Barcelona
The idea behind the organization of this event emerges from the need of finding and gathering, in a creative way, new talented youth joined by the same artistic preoccupations and to value and express the inspiring concept through their drawings, which for this edition will be: ComunicArte “The T-shirt like global form, mass media of expression to pass on proprias emotions with style”
The T-Shirt, a symbol for casual clothing, will represent a space where to project the different images (drawings) typical of an imaginary place where most young people feel identified with by expressing their feelings and emotions.
The protagonists will be the participating talented youth who will submit theme drawings. Out of them 15 will be finalists and 3 will be the prize-winners (euro 3000-2000-1000)

le concours Adobe® Design Achievement Awards a pour but de promouvoir le talent des étudiants et des enseignants alliant créativité et maîtrise de la technologie.
