It’s our pleasure to introduce you to the Department of Business Studies, Teacher Training and Social Work (BLS), the largest department within the Artesis University College of Antwerp and situated in Flanders’ most elegant city, Antwerp. The department comprises three different and diverse fields of study: Business studies, Teacher training and Social Work.

The educational staff of the Department BLS is constantly enhancing the quality of its educational programmes. Our participation in the Lifelong Learning Programme is the start of an active international co-operation. A large number of our students choose for mobility by taking training programmes abroad. The presence of foreign students and staff is believed to be a significant enrichment for the whole department, both academically and culturally. Therefore, your possible mobility will most certainly meet your expectations, and so will the attractive social, cultural and tourist activities the city of Antwerp offers.
